A wedding day goes by in a blur, and your photos are the one thing that brings you right back into it: the happy tears during your vows, the look on your face right after “I do,” your grandmother laughing at the head table. Those tiny, messy, perfect moments? Those are the ones I’m after.

You’re the kind of couple who’d rather dance than pose. You want to be fully in your day, surrounded by the people you love, with no shot list running the show and no camera asking you to perform. You want photos with movement, texture, and joy, and you at your best because you were actually in it. If that’s you, you’re in the right place.

So while you’re busy living it, I’m putting everything I’ve got into getting it right: seven years of weddings, an editorial eye, and a real love for the people in your story. Editorial at heart and alive in the moment.

With an editorial eye for composition and a sixth sense for the moments no one plans, I’m just as drawn to a beautifully composed portrait as I am to the veil caught mid-air, the best friend mid-laugh, and a whole dance floor losing it at once. Expect rich light, real movement, and photographs that feel intentional without ever feeling staged, with your people in every frame that matters. It’s romantic, it’s alive, and it’s unmistakably yours.

ENOUGH TIME TO LIVE IT

Wedding coverage starts at 7 hours (2 hours for elopements), which is enough time to capture your entire day without rushing you through any of it. Not sure how many hours you need? Most couples aren’t, and that’s exactly what our first call is for. We’ll walk through your day together and shape the coverage around it.

Every package is built around one idea: you should get to live your wedding. You lead the day, not a shot list, and I photograph all of it, including every face that came to celebrate you. Because it’s not about looking perfect from every angle. It’s about capturing joy in every angle.

Shelby is phenomenal! My husband and I are not comfortable around the camera and usually tense up when cameras are pointed at us, but Shelby is extremely intuitive and knew what direction we needed. Our photos are organic and not posed. She did a beautiful job of capturing the essence of our wedding and went as far as taking beautiful family photos of our friends and their children. Shelby was truly a highlight of my husband and I’s wedding day. She was SO accommodating and flexible and just a very reassuring presence on a very stressful day. She was easy to communicate with in the months leading up to the wedding and incredibly efficient in getting us our pictures afterwards.
